Arrival 🧳 

  1. Arrive at the building entrance (Address is 689 Abbott Street, Vancouver), please dial Building Access Code: # 6108 on the keypad at the building entrance; I will remotely open the door for you. (Please don’t follow people to get inside the building without entering the code, otherwise I can’t activate the elevator for you.) We will ask for the password which is your first name!

  2. Please get on the elevator ASAP and press 17(Unit NO:1706) because the building code control elevator is effective for 3 minutes; If fail to take the elevator in 3 minutes, you must go back to enter the building code again. (This is security protection).

  3. The unit is on your right when you step out of the elevator. The unit access code is sent to you in our messages.

Parking 🚗 

Parking is in the same building but entrance is on Keefer Pl. on the left side of the street & right across the street from T&T! Please see photo for a better visualization.

If you are arriving with a car you can temporarily park your car in our buildings Public Parking located right inside the parking lot (leave 1 person in the car to save the parking fee 😊) while the other person picks up, the key mentioned in section above.

Once you get the fob (as mentioned in section above), you can take elevator down the lobby, turn right off the elevator and right again into the P1 corridor, then follow the sign to parking lot, move your car to the Parking designated for you free of charge (P1, Gate2, spot 155). Open Gate # 2 by pressing small button with Red arrow. After going through, please stop & wait until Gate 2 closes to proceed further. Keep on driving right and 155 is almost in the end (25 meters away from the Gate 2). Gates one wall also close after 9 PM. You can just press the bigger green button to Open that gate.

General Info ℹ️  

  1. No smoking at all in this building including on the balcony. This is very strongly enforced within the building and unfortunately previous guests have been fined.

  2. For your convenience and hygiene, the toilet is equipped with a bidet seat. This feature helps reduce toilet paper usage and serves as a precautionary measure to prevent potential clogs.  

  3. Please do not pour grease or oil down the sink. Instead, use the small white bag in the drawer next to the dishwasher to collect it, then dispose of it in the garbage room. Before placing dishes in the dishwasher, kindly wipe off any leftover food with a paper towel

  4. This property is located in the heart of downtown. Naturally, there will be some noise from the traffic and skytrain, which might transfer into the building. This will be at a minimum if windows are closed. Also, as with any downtown area in any city, you may notice some homeless people walking within the area. This issue is unfortunately out of our control and it is an issue that the city is actively tackling. However, please do not be worried as they are very harmless, and will never have access within the apartment.

If you did not drive please leave the key at the property and lock the door once you leave

 

If you did drive please remember to bring the fob to get your car out of the Parkade. 

Step 1: Please take elevator to P1 to get to your car. 

Step 2: Park your car temporary on the public parking lot

Step 3: Return key fob to the unit as your last step to check out.
